Juice, Chips and Chocolate at the Water Cooler

Filed under: Uncategorized — urbandumpsterdiver @ 11:21 pm

Most newly married couples have date night either Friday or Saturday night. What did we do tonight? Had a home cooked meal, my husband took a nap and we went dumpster diving. Man oh man did we have fun!

Found 30 bottles of pomegranate/cranberry juice, good for vodka cranberries (medicinal drink) or just plain on the rocks.

50 bags of chips (way before sell date).

1 water cooler, works, just need a tub at the top.

About 50 candy bars, milk chocolate almond, milk chocolate with raspberry and a caramel nugget.

  1. We calculated the food price of stuff we got tonight, about $300 of groceries thrown in the trash. What a waste huh?

  2. My hubby and I’ve decided the candy bars and the chips will be given to the trick or treaters. All are sealed so the parents have nothing to worry about.

  3. Great post, this is nearly exactly what I posted about the other day. Keep up the good work.

  4. Thank you dear for your kind comments. There is no way my husband and I can eat all those and candy bars, nor do we need to. The kidlets will love them for Halloween.
