Dumpster diving pizza

Filed under: Uncategorized — urbandumpsterdiver @ 10:07 pm

Last fall we’d found over a dozen bags of biscuit dough that were just thrown out. I recovered them all and put them away in the freezer.

Found ground beef on clearance (the lean kind) for about $3. Added a can of pizza sauce (.39) and shredded cheese that we had on hand as a topping for the pizza, baked for 20 minutes in the oven. Topped it off with some parmesan cheese.

Washed it down with some Miller 64 calorie beer.

  1. Wow you are very creative. Thanks for your relationship advice. I really love your sight. You inspire me. You are so giving, intelligent, a good person and so much more. I bet that was good food too. Enjoy your week. Thanks.

  2. Lisa – you’re very sweet to say that. You’re most welcome. I was single for many years. I kept meeting the wrong man. Finally one day I said the common denominator in all these relationships is me! What is inside me that allows me to continue to meet men who will not commit to me. Finally, one day I said I’m fabulous dammit, why can’t please me for once? Once I made that final declaration that I deserved to be married and be happy, my husband fell into my lap.

The pizza was good. Real good.
